What is your return policy?

Juliet Decor stands behind the quality of its products and wants you to be happy with your purchase! Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before being shipped. We strive to provide the most up-to-date information so that you make informed decisions. However, should you need to return your order please follow the information on your packing slip and read below.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us first so we can tell you how to proceed with your return.
Merchandise must be:

• in the original packaging, with original tags and any other information that came with it.

• postmarked within 14 days of receipt

• unused & in original condition

We also ask that a copy of your receipt be included with the product(s) your are returning.  After the return is received and processed, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) in the same form in which you paid for it. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. 

Custom orders, all fabric and sale items are final sale.

How much is my shipping?

  • The below applies to shipping across Canada:
  • Your best savings is with purchases over $75.00. You get free shipping (before tax)!
  • Purchases between $ 1.00- $30.99 pay $11.99 (before tax).
  • Purchases between $31.00- $54.99 pay $12.50 (before tax).
  • Purchases between $55.00- $74.99 pay $15.00 (before tax).
Postage being the way that it is, means that if you purchase one item only it usually costs more to you. When you buy multiple items the freight cost evens out! Unfortunately this is out of our control!

How long does it take to process my order?

2-3 business days to process plus shipping time.

How do you ship?

The most economical option via Canada Post. ('Regular Post' 7 business days within Canada). If you would like your parcel shipped via Canada Post's XPRESSPOST (ships in 2 business days) contact us and we can arrange that for you easily. It will cost more.

Do you ship Internationally?

We can via Canada Post only, please contact us to inquire or get a quote! Shipping time may vary and WILL be longer than transit time across Canada. We cannot control whether or not your package will be held at customs longer than usual.

Do you offer discounts to Interior Designers?

Yes!! If you are a registered designer with a business license, we offer a 'designer discount'. Email us for more information.

Special Event? Wedding? What can I custom order?

You can custom order Juliet Decor's private label of soaps, soy candles and various styles of UABGZ. Soap & candle options include custom labels and packaging for your wedding shower, baby shower, or any other special event. UBAGZ custom options include various sizing & fabric options. All custom orders are final sale and minimum orders may apply. Contact us for more information.
